Cancellation Policy
One-on-One Faith & Purpose Coaching Coaching Session Policies Welcome to Crowned in Purpose! Thank you for choosing to invest in your faith, personal growth, identity, and purpose. Please review these policies before booking your private coaching session. 1. Payment & Booking - Each one-on-one coaching session is 60 minutes. - The session fee is $97 and must be paid in full at the time of booking. - Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received. - Sessions are offered by scheduled appointment only. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling - A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. - Rescheduling is subject to availability. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. - Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows and are nonrefundable. - Please arrive on time. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time if you arrive late. 3. Refund Policy - Payments are nonrefundable once a coaching session has been completed. - If you need to cancel within the permitted notice period, you may request a rescheduled appointment. - Refund requests for exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually. 4. Client Preparation & Participation - Please arrive prepared with an area of personal growth or a specific topic you would like to explore. - Active participation and honest reflection are encouraged. - Coaching sessions are collaborative, and clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and personal development. 5. Coaching Disclaimer One-on-One Faith & Purpose Coaching is a Christian faith-based personal development service that offers biblical encouragement, guided reflection, and practical action steps. Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, or professional counseling. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and no specific spiritual, emotional, or personal outcome is guaranteed. 6. Privacy & Confidentiality Information shared during coaching will be treated respectfully and kept confidential, except when disclosure is required by law or necessary to address an immediate safety concern. Sessions may not be recorded or shared without the mutual consent of both parties. 7.
